Fort Collins is to Colorado what Austin is to Texas: a college town with an extraordinarily vibrant live music scene. The Bohemian Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to generous funding for up and coming musical artists and well as presenting well established national acts, took over a long time but aging venue in Old Town Fort Collins.  The building had served for over a century as a frontier railroad warehouse and a raucous, antique-filled college watering hole. The Design Team included an inspired, experienced and astute management team from the Foundation that numbered experienced presenters and touring front-of-house audio engineers. The structure was gutted and entirely revamped with the very latest gear and generous accomodations backstage for visiting artists.  The venue opened in early 2018.
