There's no other space like it devoted to chamber music. Renzo Piano's elegant geometrical solution is a completely novel solution to the question of audience/performer relationships. 

Nagata Acoustics, supported by Robert F Mahoney & Associaates, tackled the completely novel artistic and acoustical issues this visionary design presented. The solutions respect and enhance the architects vision and have been very warmly received by the directors of the Isabella Stewart Gardner's historic concert series.
